DANIELLE DAYRIES BIO: As founder and principal of DMD & Associates, Inc., Danielle Dayries brings more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of outplacement and brand saving solutions. Prior to establishing DMD & Associates, Inc., Danielle enjoyed a successful career developing brand management strategies for internationally-recognized clients including Sara Lee, McDonald’s and Blue Cross Blue Shield. During this time, she was also involved in the recruiting, hiring, training and succession planning for employees.
